Nopa

Nopa again? Yes. The baked egg again? Yes! I was toying with the idea of a double order of eggs, but refrained. Glad I did because a side of bacon later, I was pretty full.And I probably would've gotten the menu even grubbier.

I was going to sit at the bar, but opted for the kitchen counter. My baked egg was made in that oven.

Nopa - Brunch

Brunch at Nopa is just as busy as it is in the evening for dinner, but don't let that deter you- sitting at the bar is an option as there's usually a couple spots open at any given time.

This baked country egg was delicious, and the crispy bacon was a nice compliment.
